Before establishing Delong, Miao always had a net-zero living approach and an initiative to undertake a sustainable processing business. Having worked as an apprentice in a pastry shop and in the transportation industry, it took him nearly 30 years to find his passion and set up a comprehensive packaging material production enterprise that integrates design, manufacturing, printing, and post-processing. 

The flexible packaging industry of Delong began its operation in 2009. After a few years of development, the original plant area of 1,200 square meters could not meet the daily production and in 2018, Miao built 6 buildings and increased the plant area to 53,000 square meters within one year. In addition, Delong extended various management departments, hired more employees, and began shipping internationally. 

Focusing on the development, quality service, and corporate company culture of Delong, Miao has delegated a lot of effective leadership strategies to the manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. Not only astute in his personnel management, one of Miao’s precepts adhered to is, "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”. 

Leading a team of 230+ employee, Miao not only pays attention to his learning and ideological construction, but also constantly leads them to develop good thinking habits, maintain sensitivity to new things, and encourage them to take ownership and grow themselves in the enterprise.
