In 2015, the CEO took his employees to Japan for three days to gain advanced experience from their Shanghai counterparts. Chen Zhixiong, a senior expert in the industry was invited to the company on a three-day symposium on behalf of the employees to improve their cognitive skills. To foster positive company culture, and internal communication that enhances employee empowerment, we provide initiatives for our employees to support them individually and professionally.
To enrich the entertainment life of our employees, the company specially set up a field as a basketball court to provide a sports venue for employees. In 2019, the "DeLong Cup" event originated. A 10-15 day basketball-friendly game is held around July every year for employees to destress.
The game is held immediately after work hours and local enterprises are invited to participate. To the sport-loving employees, the company organizes and encourages them to participate in local basketball games. In previous years, some employees participated in two local Fenghua Cup games and came in 3rd and 5th place respectively.
Since 2010, the company has regularly planned team-building activities for all employees, creating a healthy and active working environment. These activities combine work and rest by enhancing and deepening mutual understanding, enhancing feelings, and strengthening the cohesion of the company team. In previous years, trips have been organized to the Shanghai EXPO, Hong Kong, Macao, and different cities in China.
